Dan is a Creative Leader currently based in Sydney Australia.
Originally from Wales, ( not the one that’s new and south, but the one that’s old and north) he spent most of his early career in London and the US at some of the worlds most influential agencies. And tries to live his life following three key principles.

He’s run Australia’s biggest account - McDonald’s along with Amazon, HCF and others. And lead the creative on some big pitch wins alongside some awesome people, notably Amazon, Kmart and ING Bank. He’s been awarded at most global shows, from Effies for flogging burgers, to D&AD yellow pencils for protecting people in volatile relationships and strives to create ideas of different shapes, that not only create conversation, but enhance brand salience.
He’s proud to have helped DDB Sydney onto the 2022 Contagious Pioneers list for worlds bravest agencies, and brings with him extensive experience across traditional and digital fields, as well as particular expertise in shifting brand momentum.
Outside of advertising he looks after two mad-dog kids Xavier and Will, has a crack at making films, and watches repeats of Wales’ greatest rugby matches.
